Welcome to Beach Be With You - A spacious 4 bedroom/4 bath second row condo located in the Islander Villa on the west end of Ocean Isle Beach. Just a short stroll to two nearby beach accesses makes it easy for our guests to be relaxing on the beach in under 2 minutes.

Beautifully updated in 2021 - laminate vinyl plank flooring throughout, interior paint, dining table and chairs, living room furniture, quartz countertops, dishwasher, HVAC system, bedding, and decor. You’ll love showering after a day on the beach in the new primary bathroom shower completed in April 2022.

The comfortable sectional sofa is the perfect place to relax while you enjoy spectrum cable on the 50” TV. The four bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms, flatscreen TVs with cable, ceiling fans, and blackout curtains. Fast reliable high speed wifi internet throughout the condo. Fully stocked kitchen with two full size refrigerators with ice makers.

Enjoy the sea breeze as you swing, rock, and dine on the covered ocean facing porch. Cool off in the oceanfront pool - our guests have full access to the Isles Beach Club which features a spectacular pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and courts for tennis, pickleball, and basketball.

We had all the kitchen accessories that a group would need. Everything was clearly labeled which seemed a little excessive at first but as the week progressed we realized that this made it much easier to put things where they go. "If you are looking for a great stay near the beach this is definitely it. We had such a great time and the house is perfect for larger families/groups since each bedroom has its own full bathroom. There is privacy for everyone and the balcony is definitely set up for relaxation. The house was very clean and you can't hear the neighbors next door or upstairs. The beach equipment provided was all we needed and I suggest bringing one of the umbrellas to the pool if you go as there is no shade and the deck gets quite hot. One item to be aware of is that sheets and paper/house products (papertowels, tiolet paper, soap etc.) are not provided. This was not a big issue for us since we drove and just packed these items. However, if you are flying in you will likely need to rent bedding and make a trip to Publix for a number of household items. Overall it was a wonderful stay and perfect to create beach memories!"

"This was a beautiful condo-it was recently refurbished, the floors were easy to clean, and looked great. We cooked most of our meals and found we had pretty much everything we needed for cooking. Having two refrigerators was convenient and helpful. The location was very close to the beach and easy to manage with young children. We loved everything about our stay."

"We really enjoyed this condo, as it was so easy and close to being almost ocean front with a few accesses very near by. We had everything we needed inside. The front porch swings were one of the best parts. We love this beach and have been visiting it for many years and this was such an easy transaction compared to some others. But our real surprise came when we got home. Our youngest daughter couldn’t find her blanket that she’s had since birth. I contacted Cliff and he immediately went into detective mode. He contacted the linen service, it wasn’t there. But the cleaners located it, the owner washed and mailed it to us and our little girl was able to sleep soundly again! I am forever grateful to the property manager and owner going above and beyond to search for us and get it back to us quickly!"

The only recommendation I would make is hanging a rack outside for beach towels so they don’t blow away (maybe using clothes pins or clips to hold them), otherwise the place was perfect!!! Loved the Location! Great proximity to the beach & the pool. We loved the beach as well…never crowded, warm water & sandy beaches. It was great having 4 bathrooms as well especially after afternoons spent at the beach. Our only two recommendations would be to hook up the DVD in the family room & to upgrade the TV in the family room.

Great place to stay.. would stay again!

It was my first visit to OIB and we were there for my sons wedding being held at the Isle Restaurant. Have you ever done your research on the internet, found a place you want to stay and look at the pictures but when you arrive it’s not what you saw in the pictures? We’ll, no worries here as the pictures are exactly what you will see when you arrive. Very, very nice unit, great location and short walk to the beach. We rented 2 units and both of them were awesome.
