"My family enjoyed this property with friends for a week. Great location only steps away from the beach. Plenty of space for two families. First time visiting Ocean Isle and I feel like we picked a prime location. Beach wasn’t overly crowded which was nice for early July vacation. Plenty of restaurants and shops within short driving distance. Wish we could of rented a golf cart but just needed to look and book in advance. Cliff was quick to reply to questions and was great providing all the check in and out info. First time to Ocean Isle and wasn’t disappointed. Thank you!"

"This is an excellent property for anyone who is or has handicap limitations and small pets. The property is spacious and views of the beach were wonderful. Cliff constantly communicated with me which was important. The one change I would request is having handheld shower heads/nozzles in the walk in tubs but other than that we certainly look forward to staying here again next year. Thanks Cliff."

"The owner was great to work with and everything was as described. This was a nice place to hide from all the new world problems of late. There were 8 of us and the unit was equipped to handle it. The inclusion of towels and sheets was a bonus. The only issue was the shortage of electrical plugs for charging golf carts. We had two carts and could only charge one at a time for the whole 6 unit building."
