"If you like to start your day viewing the sunrise, this is the ideal place! Corner condo includes a large, east-facing deck that is outfitted with nice and comfortable furniture. The deck location is also great for afternoon shade from the summer sun. Good walkability around the neighborhood in addition to easy and quick walk to the public beach access via stairs. Condo was clean and had many large windows for unobstructed ocean view. Elevator was a plus as well as multiple stairways for easy access to ground level. Condo building and area for cars was well lighted at night for easy navigation and security. Plenty of dishes for large crowds. Tiled/LVF for easy cleanup of beach sand. Multi-cup coffee maker and a pop-up toaster would be nice additions to the small kitchen appliances. Overall a great condo! Property Manager was extremely quick to respond to any questions!"

The kitchen is extraordinarily well-stocked with cooking necessities. The beach was a short walk away. The host was always a text away, and was so pleasant and helpful. "We had a wonderful time for the week at OIB. The owner is a wonderful host, full of suggestions for dinner places and things to do in OIB. They even brought us a blender when the other one was not working properly. The townhouse is beautiful with lots of space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect for my family for the week. Even though you are back from the beach a bit, you can see the ocean from the back deck and we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the ocean breeze. Perfect for my pups who go everywhere with us. Excellent property!!"

"We were looking for accommodations at OIB for July 4 week; thus we landed here at 2 Via Dolrosa C. It was spacious and fit two families with teenagers. The beach was close with easy access. The view is awesome from the 3rd row (second story). From the kitchen, outside patio, and living room, there is an unobstructed ocean view. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again."

There was plenty of room for all of us (My fiancé and I, my parents, my two brothers and their wives, my 2 nieces and our dog) We cooked breakfast and ate on the balcony every morning with a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean! We rented golf carts to easily carry things to the beach, but often times just walked since it was so close! The pool has a tiki bar and is right on the ocean so you can easily enjoy both the pool and beach! The host quickly responded to any concerns we had. We will definitely be back!"

"Fantastic first vacation to Ocean Isle. We had a fantastic first time in Ocean Isle! A great week for our family of ten - 6 adults and 4 kids. The condo was so convenient to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. The nearest beach access is at a perfect spot on the beach. Look down the beach to the left and right and there are huge crowds, but our section of the beach was not crowded at all. It was super helpful to be able to use the chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards provided. The view from the porch and family room is beautiful. The grandparents spent many hours outside reading, while the grandkids spent time outside sorting their shells. The kitchen was well stocked and the seating was just the right amount. The kids loved eating at the bar or outside on the porch. There is a great loop within the complex for running/walking without having to get out on the main road. We enjoyed eating at Sharky's, the OIB Creamery, Sunset Slush, Calabash Creamery, multiple mini golf outings, and the Summer Market days. We hope to visit OIB again for a future family vacay!"

"When we arrived the Air Conditioner was out; but we were informed about this before we arrived by the owner. The owner of this unit really tried their best to accommodate us in every possible way.

The owner had a new unit installed on Monday.

The owner of the unit also checked on us constantly to see what else she could do to try and make our stay more pleasant. I also want to say this about the owner of this unit; she was so pleasant to work with.

We would definitely stay at this place again."

"We had a family of 8, one being a new born. The condo had plenty of room for all of us, and then some. The owner, was very nice and helpful in anything we asked or needed. We really enjoyed having bathrooms in all of the bedrooms and each one of them had a shower. The views of the ocean were awesome, especially from the deck. The condo was very clean and stocked well. We had no issues with any of the neighbors; everyone was friendly and respectful. The beach access was just across the street and there is plenty of space on the beach to set your things up and enjoy the day! We felt safe going on walks in the neighborhood and enjoyed the nearby ice cream shop and arcade. The only thing that I could even possibly complain about is the distance of the pool from the condo and the pool hours. The pool is about 6-7 minutes away, walking distance, which wouldn't have been a big deal without a new born. The pool closes at 7PM. We thought that was too early and it doesn't allow for any night swimming, which is something we like to do on vacation. With that being said, I would still book this condo again in the future. The condo was great! Thank you for sharing it with us!"

"I have been coming to OIB since I was a child. I always leave looking forward to next year. We stayed at here this year and had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and very well equipped. The view was absolutely out of this world. Morning coffee while doing my daily devotion on the covered deck listening to the waves roll in was like being in Heaven here on earth. Evening walks on the beach with our little fur babies was the perfect ending to a perfect day. Having our little babies with us made all the difference. I was not worrying about them missing us back home.

We enjoyed staying on the west end of the island. The condo was a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach to take a dip in the pool at the Oceanside pool. On our last evening, we had dinner at The Isle’s Restaurant. The low country boil and peach cobbler was delicious and the oceanfront dining was the icing on the cake.

The host was very welcoming from the moment we made our reservation and took very good care of us to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. We cannot wait to return next year and are hoping to be able to stay two weeks."

"We had 6 adults with 4 over 70. Clean for being dog friendly. The owner was very responsive and had great interaction. Half way through the stay the elevator stopped working. With it on the second floor, it was difficult for our parents to walk to the second floor. We had a dog and they provided doggie gates, which was awesome. Coded door locks and half decent Internet was nice. The place is a little dated, but the views and the owner were amazing!"

"We wanted a weekend away with our adult children and “fur babies”. This was the perfect place! Excellent views, quiet, can easily see the beach and be there in a two minute walk. Very nice community, and also got to watch a half marathon while sitting on the deck drinking coffee. Highly recommend going to the Museum of Coastal Carolina. It’s 2 minutes away, and great for adults and children. Has hands on opportunities and very educational for any age. Owners very nice, super helpful and prompt. Can’t wait to come back! "We had a great time! The property is well maintained and in a good location. With 4 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom it was plenty of room for us and the in-laws. Both my teenagers loved it and look forward to the prospect of coming back in the spring or summer! The owner was a gracious host, very responsive to any questions. "We didn't want to leave! This condo is on the second of three levels. The view of the ocean could not be better. The deck of the condo above provides much appreciated shade in the late afternoon and evening. There were rugs! I know that sounds silly but we have stayed at condos where there were not rugs at the entries or in the kitchen. Water and sand got tracked everywhere! Every year I would go out and buy rugs just to keep my sanity. Not this year! This condo had wonderful and large rugs everywhere I would have wanted one! We went to the Isle's pool every day and accessed the ocean from there. If you get in the pool before you go into the ocean the ocean water feels so much warmer! We didn't eat at the Isle's this year; wasn't so great last year. We ate out at Sharkey's a couple of times; love their hushpuppies!! We drove to Sunset Beach to eat at Los Palmeros (I may be spelling that wrong.) Food was yummy and inexpensive. We tried to eat at LaCucina but did not make a reservation prior and could not get in. We had pizza to go one night from Joey O's. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items except no sharp knives. We took our own Keurig too (I probably spelled Keurig wrong.) We had our pup along; it is hard to find rentals that accept dogs. Our dog is old and the elevator was a blessing! We rented bikes for our teenagers (call ahead to reserve.) Our teens also went to the Swamp Adventure Park one afternoon. They liked it but it was pricey. Sunset Ice was yummy as always! Ocean Isle is our favorite beach and this condo was perfect!"

"This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities you could wish for. Alice is wonderful and very helpful with planning. Beach access is just across the street. The back porch gave us sweeping views of the ocean with an unobstructed view. We loved having 4 bathrooms so no one had to share. This condo is a jewel and you’ll be glad you stayed here. This was our first visit to ocean isles and hopefully not our last. I would highly recommend this rental!!"

"This was our first trip to Ocean Isle Beach. We were down for a wedding and needed a large condo with an elevator for our elderly mother. The condo was perfect for the amount of people going. It was so nice that everyone had their own bedroom and private baths. It was extremely clean and had everything you could need. The views are spectacular. The owner is so nice. Everytime I had a question, she answered quickly and was so helpful. I would highly recommend staying here."
