"We had a great time, whether you want to lounge on the beach or by the pool it was wonderful. We enjoyed watching people surf, we collected a few shells and walked on the pier. There are several things to do within walking distance, a few different ice cream shops, restaurants, donut places as well as an arcade, mini golf and a play ground! The cottage has all the amenities you could think of, a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer and comfortable beds!"

"I can't say enough good things about our stay and experience with this unit and the whole property. We stayed 4/5 - 4/10/26. Cliff, the host was awesome!! The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed except linens, towels and dish towels. (We used the recommended rental service for those so we didn’t have to haul those with us. That was another great experience.) The unit was a 1st floor, oceanfront unit in a building on stilts. It had 2 flights of very managable steps. This was important to us because my daughter has MS and she has 2 young children (6 & 2) and it would have been too hard to have any more steps to maneuver. We were able to park right at the steps going up to the unit which helped tremendously with unloading and loading our stuff (Note this was totally by luck due to time of year. There wasn't a designated parking space). The pool was very close to our unit. Unfortunately the weather was too cold to enjoy the pool but it was extremely clean and well maintained. There were so many great things near our facility, the pier, arcade, mini-golf, park, restaurants and ice cream. Since mobility issues make walking long distances not an option for us, this was perfect because these things were literally no more than a block away. We plan to try to book this unit again, it was perfect for us! Date of arrival - April 5, 2026"

"Our stay at Cliff's place was wonderful. We enjoyed the comfortable condo and all its amenities. It is nicely decorated and appreciated the wet bar. The balcony was perfect overlooking the beach and surf. We ate all our meals on the balcony and loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach. Cliff was responsive and easy to reach. We have been coming to this same Condo unit for the last 3 years. We love the ocean, and this property sits high up on the sand dunes, right on the beach. There is a cozy front deck, so you can see the beautiful ocean right in front of you, and the huge fishing pier to the right. You get to see the sun rise every morning. The house is cute and the decor makes us feel very relaxed and on holiday."

Location was close to beach and pool deck for easy access. Some small containers with lids would have been helpful in the kitchen. If there were more than 2 or 3 people some more silverware would be needed. I enjoyed my time here."

"I absolutely adored this condo. It was very clean and had a beautiful jacuzzi in the master bedroom. There's a pool on the property a gorgeous view of the pier and multiple restaurants, beach stores, ice cream shops and a putt putt course in walking distance. I can't wait to come back!! Can literally walk to Aquatic Museum, park and few restaurants with kids. The condo was clean, but might be worth getting a wet swiffer for the hard floor if I were to nit pick.
